PayNox charges fees for certain transactions and services. The applicable fees are clearly displayed on our platform. By using PayNox, you agree to:
- Pay all relevant fees for your transactions.
- Authorize PayNox to deduct applicable fees directly from your account balance.
Fees are subject to change, and we will notify you of any adjustments.
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Market volatility
- Loss of funds
- Regulatory changes
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
- PayNox does not provide financial advice.
- You assume full responsibility for any losses incurred.
- PayNox Ltd is not responsible for any loss of funds incurred by the client outside of our service. We do not control and cannot guarantee the security of transactions conducted through third-party platforms, services, or wallets that are not under our management.
- The client is solely responsible for the security of their financial transactions and must conduct necessary due diligence before sending or receiving funds. PayNox Ltd does not issue refunds for funds lost due to fraudulent activities by third parties, incorrect transaction details, compromised personal data, or the use of unreliable services.
- By using our services, the client acknowledges and accepts this risk and agrees that all financial transactions are carried out at their own responsibility.
PayNox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- We suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity.
- We are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities.
Upon termination, we may restrict your access to the platform and take necessary actions to secure our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayNox is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency due to unauthorized access, system failures, or force majeure events.
- Third-party actions or omissions.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to PayNox in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold PayNox, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
PayNox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Negotiation: Initial effort to resolve the dispute amicably.
- Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
